Hello Kindreds and Wanderhearts,

I’ve always been a writer.

Since the age of 7, I’ve been stringing words together; first through essays inspired by National Geographic documentaries, then through wild little adventure stories that only made sense to me. Writing was never optional; it’s always felt like a God-given gift (or at least that’s what I like to believe 😂).

But poetry?

Poetry found me.

It began as journaling – awkward, clumsy, cautious. I struggled to write my feelings down plainly, always worried about who might find them. So metaphors became my shield. My release. My way of saying the hard things without giving too much away. Somewhere between the pages and the pauses, poetry became how I survived.

And now... it’s how I thrive.

🤎 Unveiled & Unbound isn’t just a poetry collection.

It’s a record of becoming.

Each poem was written in motion – through heartbreak, healing, joy, collapse, and stillness. I didn’t sit down and write it all at once. But when I looked back, I saw the thread... a quiet, steady stitching of something whole.

This book brings together:

• 3 years of intentional crafting
• Over a decade of lived experience
• And countless letters to myself I never thought I’d share

I wrote most of this collection in my early to mid-20s; raw, hopeful, tired, and defiant. These poems were once quiet confessions, private journal entries, and whispered reminders to breathe. Now, they’re here. In the world. For the versions of me (and maybe the versions of you) who were never told they could speak so loudly... or love themselves so fiercely.

If nothing else, I hope this book holds you. I hope it makes you feel witnessed.
